The Bay Tree Cafe Syston

In 2015, Leigh and Caroline purchased the existing café business which had been operating for 25 years and based in Syston Town Square.

Renamed ‘The Bay Tree’, Leigh and Caroline have created a very welcoming environment, serving freshly cooked hot and cold food and because of Leigh’s 30 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef, a very wide selection of homemade cakes and desserts, all made on the premises.

St Martins ‘Friday Street’ Coffee is served and available to take out. Soya milk is always available and there are gluten free menu options such as homemade gluten free scones and brownies and gluten free soup with gluten free bread.

All cakes and desserts are available to eat in or take out and whole cakes and desserts can be purchased.
